    • Be between the ages of 21 and 41 years old.

    • Be willing to travel for screening and embryo transfer procedures

  • We pride ourselves in making wonderful matches between Surrogates and Intended Parents as it is crucial for a smooth, enjoyable, and successful journey.

    Your profile will be shared with the Intended Parents that YOU are interested in. Upon mutual interest in one another, our Intake and Matching specialists will schedule and facilitate a “match meeting” via video conference or in-person, depending on the party’s locations.

  • There will be many milestones and checklists along the way. Lucky for you as the surrogate, we are as good at guiding and supporting you as we are with juggling all the details. Our team staff are experienced in IVF field, we are available by phone, text, email, and Zoom from the first discussions of whom to match with, booking medical appointments and travel, to delivery and beyond. A virtual support group offers another avenue for exchanging tips and sharing the love of surrogacy.

    If you qualify to become a surrogate with us, you will receive a guaranteed minimum base compensation of $55,000 to 68, 000, with additional compensation at various milestones, and up to $75,000 or more for experienced surrogates and multiples!

The Process for Surrogates

  • Application Stage

    So many parents need your help. Fill out the application to get started & we will CALL you. We will work with you to help you determine a reasonable base fee that is based on the state in which you reside and other qualifying variables while helping to keep your requested fee within a range that will ensure you are matched. You will then sign the Surrogate Benefit Package with all fees clearly stated and agreed upon.

  • Matched!

    Our matching process involves the mutual exchange of profiles and video calls so you can be sure you’re comfortable with the couple or individual you will be helping. We will not share your personal information until you are confirmed a match with the intended parents. This confidentiality safeguards your privacy and empowers you to make an informed choice about your match.

  • Medical Screening

    Once Reproductive Endocrinologist has reviewed your medical records, their office contacts you to schedule an appointment based on where you are in your monthly cycle. The medical examination consists of collecting urine and blood samples from you and your partner (if any) and performing a saline Sonohysterogram to evaluate your uterine cavity. It will take from 10 days to 3 weeks to receive the medical decision to move forward.

  • Legal Contract

    Both parties will review the contract with their respective lawyers, make sure all terms in the contract are fully understood & changes are allowed to make. This legal process of drafting and signing the contract usually takes 3 – 5 weeks and is a vital part in the surrogacy step-by-step process, as it outlines rights, responsibilities and compensation details. The surrogate must sign the contract and have it notarized in a county that the lawyer specifies.

  • Embryo Transfer

    Once everything is agreed upon, you will begin IVF medications and have an embryo with the intended parents (or donor’s) genetic material transferred into your uterus.

  • Pregnant!

    Once pregnancy is confirmed, you will be closely monitored for the first several weeks until you graduate to your regular OB for prenatal care. You will be well cared for and compensated for things like maternity clothes, and any extras needed to make sure you’re extra comfortable.


  • Birth

    You will follow the birth plan agreed upon by you and your intended parents that honors your experience and allows you all to revel in the joy of a journey complete!

  • Post Partum Support

    Should any concerns arise at any time during your journey, or even after your journey ends, we are here to support and assist you. We also welcome you to continue attending our monthly in-person support dinners, as well as participating in our online support group. After all, the best support is provided by people who’ve experienced the journey themselves!
