Finding your egg donor

Egg Donors are selected on specific good characteristics (age, ovarian reserve, excellent medical and family/genetic history, etc.) to ensure that egg donation is a successful process. While there is not a 100% guarantee for the perfect outcome (pregnancy or live birth) in each egg donation cycle, we aim to reduce the chances of dropped cycle by screening each of our egg donors on their ovarian reserve and function specifically.

  • Understanding this complex process is the first phase as you begin. A detailed consultation is provided to you by our team of experts to ensure you are educated and have the resources to move forward.

  • Such an exciting phase in the journey! Intended Parents will work closely with their case manager to discuss unique matching criteria and their expectations for their match relationship. Profiles are reviewed first and then a video conference meet to get to know your potential person.

  • We will not only work with our established partnering IVF clinics in the U.S. We are also happy to work with your chosen clinic to ensure success. The clinics and doctor’s offices that we are affiliated with are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and follow all FDA screening protocols for surrogate and donor arrangements.

  • As an agency experienced in International Surrogacy arrangements, Gifted Conceptions will assist our international clients with the many issues that Intended Parents from other countries will face. We have the expertise for you to be able to take your baby safely back to your country. We offer translation services in nearly every language to our international clients, and we can arrange a translator be available for your consultation call.

  • Medical Screening is performed by your chosen fertility clinic to ensure the Surrogate and Egg Donor meets the medical requirements and is cleared by your physician. Once cleared, you will be able to enter the legal phase.

  • You will complete the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement or Egg Donation Agreement with your designated attorney. You will be able to review and add terms recommended by your attorney & which are also fits your needs. Your surrogate or egg donor will undergo their process of contract review with another independent attorney. Legal clearance is obtained only when both parties agree on the terms and sign the same contract.

  • We will follow up with your established IVF clinic to get tentative treatment options / plans, a timeline of when to expect embryos, results, transfer, pregnancy monitoring, OB office appointments etc will then get planned on the calendar.

  • IVF Concierge Service

    Refer to RE and IVF center based on your needs and infertility history. Each RE and the IVF center we work with have different specialty in the areas of infertility world. Some doctors are good at screening and treating egg donors while some excel in treating gynecology issues with multiple unexplained miscarriage, no doctor is suitable for all clients, our management team will gather the necessary medical information and refer to the doctor that will promote the highest successful rate for you & then we will guide you throughout the entire process.

  • Standard

    The following service is our basic standard on each match: Background Checks for your egg donor or surrogate; Medical records review by RE to understand more about the ideal candidate before matching; Insurance review for your egg donor or surrogate; Insurance applications support for all parties; Escrow Oversight (Does not include Escrow management to outside vendor).

  • Surrogacy

    The surrogacy agency fee includes: psychological assessment of all parties; background and criminal check of all parties by licensed private investigators; recruitment of your gestational surrogate carrier; matching of carrier and client, coordination of medical procedures and screenings; coordination of travel arrangements, referral to attorneys experienced in practice of reproductive law, oversight of escrow account; coordination of the entire process until birth arrangements with delivery hospital; DNA testing as needed after birth; assistance obtaining birth certificates, ongoing counseling, mediation and coordination of arrangement.


  • Egg / Sperm Donation

    The egg or sperm donation Agency Retainer Fee includes: matching you with an Egg Donor, or a Sperm Donor; psychologically and medically screening said donor; arranging for the drafting and review of the donor contract; coordinating all travel arrangements, and escrow oversight; coordinate the entire process until the tissue is donated and cleared by your RE to use for embryo creation.
